Availability returns busy and free times without the event details, so an agent booking on your behalf learns when you are free without reading what your meetings are about.

Are attendees emailed when the agent creates an event?+

Only when it asks to. calendar.event.create adds attendees without sending invitations unless notifyAttendees is set, so the agent can prepare an event for you to review.

Can it use several calendars?+

Yes. Every calendar on the connected account is available by its id, and availability can combine several of them.

Does it work with Outlook calendars too?+

Yes. The same calendar tools work with Outlook and Microsoft 365, so one agent can book across both.

What time zones does it use?+

Times are RFC 3339 with an offset, and events take a time zone, so the agent books in yours even when it runs elsewhere.
