Does it need a PayPal business account?+

Yes. You connect a business account with its REST API client id and secret, and Anaella keeps them encrypted.

Can it refund without my approval?+

No. Refunds, cancellations and sent invoices are writes you approve, in chat or in the automation approval queue.

Does Anaella handle the money?+

Never. Payments go straight to your PayPal account at PayPal’s own fees.

What is payments.request.create?+

A provider neutral tool that emails an invoice through whichever of Stripe or PayPal you connected and returns its pay link, so one agent works for both.
