Stripe MCP FAQ

Why a restricted key instead of OAuth?+

A restricted key lets you choose exactly what the agent may touch, and revoke it from your Stripe dashboard at any time. Anaella stores it encrypted and never shows it to the agent.

Can the agent refund customers without asking?+

Refunds, invoices, cancellations and other writes are tool calls you approve. In automations they wait in an approval queue by default.

Does Anaella take a cut of payments?+

No. Payments go to your Stripe account at Stripe’s own fees; Anaella never touches the funds.

Is PayPal supported too?+

Yes, with its own tools for invoices, pay links, refunds, subscriptions and disputes.
